Items We Cannot Accept
We are not able to accept furniture that is broken, torn, badly stained, smells unpleasant, has mold or mildew, covered in pet hair, etc. Also, we are not able to take anything that does not work properly, needs replacement/repair or any partial pieces of furniture such as the top portion of a hutch.
Unless it is brand new and in original packaging, we are unable to accept:
- Bedding & Linens
- Rugs & Carpets
- Paint/Stain/Thinner
The following items may be donated via drop off at any of our ReStore locations, but we are not able to arrange a donation pickup:

- Pianos/Organs
- Cast Iron Tub
- Stone or granite countertops
We do not accept any:

- Lumber less than 4ft or with nails
- Unbundled flooring
- Countertops with less than 4ft of surface area
- Cultured marble sink tops unless comes with vanity

- Non flat panel TV’s

- Mattresses, futon mattresses, sleeper sofas, box springs, water beds

All items must be in decent, usable condition. Please uninstall or disassemble items if necessary. We also ask that all small items are boxed for easy transport.
